Why Work at Back in Motion?

We know you’ve got choices. Many PT jobs look the same on paper — but the reality can be very different. High caseloads. Low support. Constant pressure.
Back in Motion was built to be different. Here, we believe that when therapists are supported, patients get better outcomes. That’s why we’ve designed a clinic where you can thrive, not just survive.
What We’re Looking For
As a Staff Physical Therapist (Orthopedic, Sport, & Manual), you’ll play a vital role in helping patients return to the activities they love.

You’re a fit for this role if you bring:
- Evidence-based clinical care and hands-on manual therapy skills
- Genuine empathy, compassion, and a focus on the patient experience
- The ability to see 1–2 patients per hour (8–10 per day, ~40 billable units)
- A self-driven, ambitious, and independent mindset
- Strong communication skills and a solid grasp of differential diagnosis

What You’ll Be Doing

- Provide evidence-based, hands-on care
- See up to 8–10 patients daily with time for quality treatment
- Build strong, trusting relationships with patients
- Advocate for your specialty within the community
- Show up as a professional — and enjoy the process along the way
What You’ll Need to Be Successful

- Solid manual therapy skills and a strong understanding of orthopedics & biomechanics
- Excellent customer service and patient-first mindset
- A hunger to learn and a drive to improve your craft
- Clear, effective communication skills
- A strong work ethic with a collaborative spirit

You’ll Stand Out If You Have

A background in orthopedics, sports, or spine care
Personal experience as an athlete or fitness enthusiast
Completed manual therapy certification coursework
Additional credentials like ATC, CSCS, or similar specialties
