Strength and Conditioning Coach in Fort Myers
Help Athletes Get Bigger, Faster, and Stronger
Join Back In Motion as our next strength and conditioning coach. Develop speed, strength, and power in high school athletes, golfers, and active adults, in small groups of up to 4, with every program backed by a Doctor of Physical Therapy.
- Small groups of up to 4, by appointment only, so you actually coach
- Learn from physical therapists how to train people safely through and after injury
- Coach high school athletes, golfers, and active adults who want results
90-second form · Résumé optional · Your current employer will never know
You became a strength and conditioning coach to develop athletes. Not to run a crowded class.
- Coaching 15 people at once and hoping nobody gets hurt
- Spending more time selling memberships than coaching
- Clients with bad knees, backs, or shoulders, and nobody to ask for help
- Piecing together a living across multiple gyms
- No mentor, no growth path, and no idea what "next" looks like
You're not tired of coaching. You're tired of coaching without support.
The best coaches want to keep getting better. That only happens in a place with high standards, real assessment, and people around you who know more than you do.
Your career now vs. your career here
Same passion. Completely different job.
| At a typical gym | At Back In Motion | |
|---|---|---|
| What you have | Big classes, sales quotas, and guesswork with injured clients | Small groups, real assessments, and a physical therapist down the hall |
| How you feel | Stretched thin and stuck | Challenged, supported, and growing as a coach |
| Your average day | Running workouts and watching form from across the room | Coaching every rep, progressing every client, and seeing real results |
| How others see you | "The trainer at the gym" | The coach athletes, parents, and active adults trust with their bodies |
How our strength and conditioning coaches work: small groups, real assessment, every rep coached
At Back In Motion, coaching happens in small groups of up to 4, by appointment only. That means you see every rep, correct every movement, and actually know every person you train.
- Every program starts with an assessment, including an InBody scan
- Every program is overseen by a Doctor of Physical Therapy
- Functional training: the strength, power, and balance people use in sport and life
- Clients and athletes move from physical therapy into training with you, so you're part of their full journey
This is coaching the way it should be done. It's just rare.
