What you'll lead
You'll be the operational heart of the clinic.
- Lead, train, and support our front office and patient care team
- Own the patient and member experience, from the first call to the last visit
- Manage schedules so our therapists' and coaches' calendars run smoothly
- Oversee payments, packages, and daily financial tasks
- Track key numbers, like new patients, show rates, and scheduled visits, and help improve them
- Build and improve systems and processes, using our CRM and practice software
- Work directly with Dr. Scott Gray on operations, hiring, and growth
