Is Your Athlete Hurting, Coming Back From Injury, or Trying to Become a Better Athlete?

We help Canterbury athletes who are:
- Dealing with pain during practices, games, or training
- Recovering from an injury and trying to return safely
- Struggling with recurring aches or setbacks
- Looking to improve strength, mobility, and performance
- Unsure what they should be doing next
You don’t have to wait until a small problem becomes a big one.
Sometimes the most valuable thing you can get is simply clarity.
From One Canterbury Parent to Another

I’m Dr. Scott Gray, Lead Sports Physical Therapist at Back In Motion.
I’m also a football coach at Canterbury and a Canterbury parent with two kids at the school.
That means I understand what our athletes are being asked to do not only as a physical therapist, but also as a coach and a parent.
I see the practices.
I see the games.
I see the physical demands placed on young athletes.
And like every parent, I want my kids to be healthy, confident, and physically prepared to compete.
That same standard is what I bring to every Canterbury athlete I work with.
My goal isn’t just to get an athlete out of pain.
It’s to help them build the strength, movement, confidence, and physical capacity they need to get back on the field and stay there.
