What Happens After You Hit Send
Who’s Behind This Program

I played Division I football, and my career was shaped less by how hard I trained than by an injury nobody properly figured out. I did the rehab. I came back when I was told I was ready. I was never quite the same.
That’s why I built this practice around finding the cause of a problem instead of chasing the symptom — and it’s why every athlete here starts with an assessment, not a workout.
I’m a sports physical therapist. I’m a coach at Canterbury School, so I’m on the field with athletes, not just in a clinic. And I’m a parent, so I understand what you’re really worried about: that the sport your kid loves ends early, or that the money and weekends don’t amount to anything.

Why Sports Performance Training at Back In Motion?
Every athlete wants to get stronger, faster, and more confident — but not at the cost of constant injuries. Too many programs push athletes hard without addressing the movement flaws and weaknesses holding them back. Ours is built differently: trainer-led, PT-designed. Certified coaches run the sessions. Doctors of Physical Therapy design the programming.
