If you are suffering through unwanted and embarrassing leaking, then keep reading to find out how this woman who thought leakage was normal, overcame her urinary incontinence with something called Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy....

I Remember The First Time I Felt Shame From My Incontinence Like It Was Yesterday....

It wasn't long after my first child where I was at work and had been laughing at something a co-worker said.

I was in the middle of throwing my head back in laughter like a child feeling my entire body relax and let go.

It was in this moment that urine escapes my bladder.

Immediately, my face went stone cold as I quickly ran to the bathroom left with embarrassment and wet underwear.
