At the same time, one should also take into account the high frequency of self-medication and the over-the-counter release of some sleeping pills, which can not only aggravate the clinical situation but also contribute to the risk of developing serious adverse reactions.

Ambien is a short-duration hypnotic drug. It improves the ability to fall asleep, increases the duration, and improves the quality of sleep. It has sedative, slightly pronounced anxiolytic, central muscle relaxant, and anticonvulsant effects.
